Meet The Woman Behind The Systems

Before Wellness Glow Club, I spent years in professional kitchens baking bread from scratch.
Sourdough taught me something I still live by: You cannot rush the rise.
Growth takes patience, structure, consistency, and rest. Softness and ambition were never opposites. They were always meant to work together.
I built Wellness Glow Club because I was tired of forcing routines that ignored my real life, my body, and the woman I was becoming.
So I created the systems I could not find: wellness tools for women who work hard, dream deeply, and want to build a life that actually supports them.
Every system here is one I use myself. It is how I reset, plan, reflect, protect my energy, and keep choosing myself through every season.
