Hi lovely,
We need to stop becoming everyone around us.
We are surrounded by other women’s aesthetics, routines, diets, habits, goals and definitions of success. We see a beautiful life online and immediately begin wondering whether ours should look the same.
We copy the morning routine. We buy the products. We follow the meal plan. We change the way we dress. We wait until something becomes accepted by society before giving ourselves permission to want it.
But there comes a point where inspiration stops helping us and starts separating us from ourselves.
You cannot become the owner of your life while allowing everybody else to make your decisions.
Other women can introduce you to new ideas. They can show you possibilities you may not have considered. But they cannot tell you exactly what your body needs, what pace your life can hold, what routines support your energy or what kind of future will genuinely fulfil you.
Only you can learn that.
A routine that works beautifully for someone with a flexible schedule may leave a working woman feeling exhausted. The amount of food, rest or movement one person needs may not reflect your body or the physical demands of your day. A lifestyle that looks peaceful through a screen may not feel peaceful when you try to live it.
This does not mean all advice is wrong.
It means advice should be something you consider, not something you surrender your judgment to.
Being a woman who knows herself requires curiosity. You try things. You notice how they affect you. You research beyond the first answer. You reflect. You adjust. You stop treating your own experience as less trustworthy simply because it does not match what everyone else appears to be doing.
Your life system should be built around your reality.
Not an influencer’s day. Not the current aesthetic. Not the version of womanhood society finds easiest to understand.
Your body is giving you information. Your life is giving you information. Your responsibility is to pay attention.
Ownership means accepting that your choices belong to you.
At the end of the day, you are the person living with the energy your routine creates, the opportunities your decisions open, the confidence your self-trust builds and the consequences of repeatedly ignoring what you know is right for you.
That may sound serious, but it is also incredibly freeing.
You do not need everyone to approve of your path before you begin walking it. You do not need your choices to look normal to be meaningful. You do not need to copy another woman to prove you are becoming one worth admiring.
YOUR BECOMING HER ACTION
Look at one routine, belief or goal you have adopted from somebody else.
Then ask yourself:
Does this genuinely support me, or have I simply never questioned it?
Keep what works. Change what does not. Build something that reflects your body, your responsibilities, your values and the woman you are becoming.
We are not here to create identical lives.
We are here to become women who know themselves well enough to choose their own.
Manifest it. Build it. Become it.
Soft life. Strong systems.
